Sponsor Vendor
A Sponsor Vendor is a vendor that would like to sponsor/participate in the Errl Cup.
A Sponsor Vendor will pay for a “Sponsor Spot” which is one or more of the following: beverage station, outside banner, media guide, gift bag and/or Patient VIP Area.
What does a Sponsor Vendor receive for Sponsor Spot?
- Branded Sponsor Spot – Sponsor Vendors will receive Logo/Brand placement on one select Sponsors Spot, with them being the only Logo/Brand placement on that Sponsor Spot
- Digital Promoting & Advertising – Logo/Brand image on https://theerrlcup.com Home Page, Placement on social media platforms, email lists and webpage banner advertising.
- Media Guide Ad – 1/8 page Sponsorship Ad in Media Guide, and on all other non-digital Sponsorship areas at the Errl Cup.
- Reserved Sponsor Spot – Reserved Sponsor Spot at the Errl Cup for each Sponsor Spot they have decided to purchase a Sponsor Spot. Limited number available.
What is the cost of Sponsor Spots?

- Gift Bag (Giveables to Patients) – FREE We love our patients and would love any Vendor/Dispensary to provide any free merchandise, products, coupons, and/or samples
- Media Guide – $250.00 Media Guide/Event Guide is a 40 Page guide to event with up to half information and half Vendor/Dispensary ad’s. Sponsorship will be front and back cover and throughout on lower footer logo/brand placement
- Outside Banner – $100.00 Logo is placed on outside banner that will be located at the entrance and exit of the event.
- Beverage Station – $500.00 Complete logo/brand placement on beverage station. Beverage station will be equipped with beverages and volunteers. The Sponsor will have to provide T-shirt for Volunteer and any products, coupons and/or promotional material that Sponsor would like to hand out.
