Know Before You Go
Here are the things you will need to know to attend the big day.
Hi friends! We are so excited to host you at our upcoming events and wanted to share some health and safety reminders ahead of your arrival. The excitement of the event will be the same, but some of the protocols in the venue will be new to you.
Your health and safety, along with that of our exhibitors, dispensaries, and staff is – and has always been – priority number one.
As Marijuana fans, we’re all in this together when it comes to taking on the common opponent—COVID-19. Together we help protect each other– it takes all of us!
Taking that to heart, we have partnered with state and local officials along with information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to develop some new protocols to help maximize your confidence, safety and comfort in coming to Errl Cup events and enjoying a seamless experience from the parking lot and check-in to walkways and ultimately, your interaction with the each exhibitors.
However, like each player on a team, you play a key role in that. Because safety is a team sport, we’ve set out these guidelines to make Errl Cup an event everyone can enjoy safety.

Physical Distancing
You are required to follow all six-foot physical distancing markers that will be displayed throughout common areas inside and outside the Errl Cup Venue. These markers will designate how to enter security gates, restrooms, shops and concessions. Remember, we’re in this together so make sure to be respectful of other attendees and their space.

Face Coverings
Facial coverings are mandatory for everyone at Errl Cup Venue and must be worn at all times, unless you are actively eating or drinking. Vented face masks and face shields without a face covering underneath will NOT be permitted. Each ticketholder will receive a free mask from our sponsor as they enter the venue. Attendees are strongly encouraged to wear these masks to protect themselves and other Attendees.

Hygiene
Hand sanitizer will be readily available for your use throughout the venue, and Attendees are encouraged to use it regularly.

First Aid
If you begin to feel ill on event day, you should get help immediately. An attendee dedicated isolation area will be available for any attendee that begins to feel ill after entering the venue. The venue’s onsite medical team will be fully prepared to treat you on-site and provide you with personal protective equipment, if necessary. If you feel ill at any point before leaving or on your way to the venue, we ask that you please be a good teammate and stay home

Directional Signage
Follow the signage to help maintain physical distancing. Walk ways will be modified so that everyone flows in the same direction. Be smart and continue to abide by physical-distancing markers that appear throughout the venue

Ingress and Egress
We are working to reduce congestion when entering and exiting Errl Cup Venue. This includes utilizing different entrances and exits for venue staff and ticketholders. Check your event ticket for specific details on where to enter and exit the venue to avoid congestion. This will be your safest play and will help save you time.

Proximity to Vendors and Each other
Several areas will be closed off to create distance between Attendees and exhibitors. Additionally, Errl Cup Venue will be blocking off seats to support physical distancing.

BYO Bong
To protect every attendee, exhibitors at the Errl Cup event will not have any shared smoking devices. Attendees are recomended to bring their own device but encouraged to not bring glass, anything expensive or breakable. Silicone rigs, roadrunners and rolling papers would be some great options

Cash Free Payments
In order to limit touchpoints and create an efficient event day experience for our Attendees, all exhibitors will offer digital payment acceptance for Attendees throughout the venue, including parking, concessions, and retail. For Attendees requiring assistance, reverse ATMs are located in the food court of the venue.
It’s Event Day. Do Your Part.
In addition to following all guidelines listed above, the stadium and Errl Cup staff will also be playing their part by implementing a few additional safety measures:

Enhanced Cleaning
We’re taking cleaning and disinfection to the next level. All “high touch” surfaces in venue common areas will be cleaned extensively. “High touch” surfaces include door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, sink handles, toilets, ATMs and other touch screens, turnstiles, vestibules, and water fountains.

Staff Temperature Checks
All staff will have their temperature taken before entering the venue. Any temperature above 100.4⁰F will be flagged, and that employee will be sent home.

Face Coverings and PPE
Like Attendees, all staff will be required to wear a face covering at all times. They will also be required to complete a health screening questionnaire before entering the venue on event day. For those staff who work in concessions or handle any “high touch” surfaces, gloves will also be required.
Attendees Health Promise
As you may have seen as part of the ticket purchasing process, all ticketholders must agree that they will not come to an Errl Cup event unless they can confirm, on behalf of themselves and their guests, that none of the following are true as of the day of the event.
- Within the last 14 days, ticketholders have not tested positive for, or been exposed to, COVID-19
- Within the last 48 hours, ticketholders have not experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., fever of 100.4⁰ F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the CDC)
- Within the last 14 days, ticketholders have not travelled to any state or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19
Please note: the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should also evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend.
Ticketholders also must agree that to help maintain physical distancing guidelines.
